Every Stud Pack magnetic wristband is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase. If the stitching, magnets, or velcro fail under normal use, we'll repair or replace it — no runaround.

If the band isn't pulling its weight on your job site, reach out within 30 days for a full refund. We built this for our own wrists first; if it's not right for you, we'll make it right.

What's covered

• Magnet failure or loss of hold under normal use
• Seam, stitching, or shell defects
• Velcro that no longer holds its adjustment

What's not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, and fading over time
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification
• Lost or stolen bands
